Delete your TrainTrack BD account

Google Play account-deletion request · no in-app login required

You can request deletion of your TrainTrack BD account without opening the app. We will delete your account and associated personal data from our systems.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the same address you used to sign up.
2. Use the subject line: Delete TrainTrack BD account.
3. Tell us if you also want the same squard.dev login removed from other products (PriceHack, etc.).

If you no longer have access to that email, write from another address and include any proof you can (name used on the account, approximate signup date).

What we delete

• Your profile (name, email, password hash, Google sign-in link)
• TrainTrack BD credit balance and unlock / transaction history
• Auth sessions and device tokens tied to the account

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some backups or security logs may remain for a limited period, then expire. We may keep records if required by law (for example fraud or abuse investigations).

Shared squard.dev login

TrainTrack BD uses a shared squard.dev account. Deleting only TrainTrack BD data leaves the login available for other apps. Ask us to delete the whole squard.dev account if you want it removed everywhere.
