Terms of Service
By using TrainTrack BD (website, PWA, or Android app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TrainTrack BD is operated by squard.dev.
1. The service
TrainTrack BD helps you search Bangladesh Railway trains and view live location estimates. Information is provided for passenger convenience. Schedules, delays, and positions can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for safety-critical travel decisions.
2. Accounts and credits
- Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Some live-location features use credits. Credits have no cash value unless we say otherwise in writing
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms
3. Acceptable use
Do not scrape abusively, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse railway data. Automated bulk extraction without permission is not allowed.
4. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion on the Delete account page.
5. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect train data. To the maximum extent allowed by law, squard.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of TrainTrack BD, including missed trains or incorrect location information.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
